media in CD/dvd drive is not readable (HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GA31N)
I have a m15x laptop and when I put a dvd, game, or program into the dvd drive it starts up like its about to work and then shuts down and does this continuously. sometimes it doesn't even let me eject the disk and locks my computer it. I've exhausted every source on the internet to try and fix this issue!
Someone please help me!
