microphone of G930 logitech doesn't work on alienware 17 r3
I set the headset microphone as default device. However the laptop still use microphone array of sound blast Recon3Di to record my voice.
Besides, the voice recorded by the microphone of G930 headset is too low to hear in spite of setting the headset microphone volume to 100.

also while the system informs me several times there is a conflict between my headset G930 and sound blast recon3Di, the playback function of G930 headset is working well.
