my touch screen on my 3521 inspiron 15 doesn't work

hi , i bought my inspiron 15 3521 dell laptop 3 months ago , i tried to make the touch screen work on it but it never work

i installed windows 7 on it and installed all drivers and windows updates

is there a driver for the screen touch ? because i didn't find any thing on the site

i want to make the touch screen work, please help

I tried everything (I believe) possible to get my Dell Inspiron15 3521 touch screen to work after a (supposed) update notice. It took me maybe a week to recognize the touch screen stopped working. I tried re-installing Windows, all the Dell drivers but I still have just a simple computer. I bought this computer mainly because it had the touch screen. I go to school and the simplicity of just touching the screen was a very convenient tool to use, especially when I have to do a lot of school papers and editing. I need my 'Touch Screen' back. I've informed Dell, but still no successful solution as of yet. Does someone have an answer to this problem.
