my touchpad is not working.

I have been using my external mouse with my m11x. and when removed my touchpad usually works fine. But recently, my touchpad isn't working.

Whenever my my external mouse is plugged my touchpad is disabled automatically and I did this by enabling the setting on my AlienTouch settings. My problem right now is when I unplug my external mouse my touchpad doesn't respond anymore. I try going to the AlienTouch setting and this is what it gives me:

I don't know what it is or what it means. This comes out in a different window, after clicking "OK" the AlienFX closes. I need help, and I don't know what to do,

I already downloaded the files for installing it, installed it and nothing happened. Need help.
