pcdrcui.exe keeps asking permission

I just purchased an Inspiron 570 on July 4, and on my wife's user account (the one used most frequently), we are constantly getting the warning asking if we want to let a program make changes to our computer.  These problems seemed to start around July 7.  (I don't think she was ont he computer much on July 5, and we were gone most of July 6.)  It indicates the program is "Dell" and it originates from our hard drive.  When you click for details, it indicates the program is pcdrcui.exe.  The program does not do this on the administratoir account.  I did go to the administrator account and update Dell Support Center, so I'm unsure if that solved the issue or not.  In any case, my wife is gettign extremely annoyed.
