please help - cannot access recovery partition after Win7 Install

Hi everyone,

I have a Vostro 1500 that came with WinXP

I tried Windows 7 for a while, and when I wanted to go back to WinXP I couldn't because the Win7 setup messed up with the original boot options and cannot access the recovery partition so the Ctrl-F11, or F8 or any other way to access the recovery option doesn't work.

Can somebody help me how to restore the computer to original factory state, I did not touch the other partitions when I was installing Win7, they are still there. And no I don't have the recovery disks.
