please help!!!!!
I tried to restore my laptop(inspiron b120) to its original state but it was unsuccessful. After I pushed finish it restarted and went to a black screen with a message reading: Loading PBR for descriptor 2....done. A disk read error occurred. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. But when I do that it just keeps going back to the same screen with the same message. I did the extended test on diagnostics and everything passed ok. I can't get to the safe mode to get back to windows. I don't believe any cds came with the laptop when I purchased it online. I don't know what else I can do. I really hope it doesn't need a new hard drive. Can someone help me please??

It very likely does need a replacement drive. Did you run the extended drive test (takes about 90-120 min)?

Yes I did and everything passed. I didn't know if there is another function on the keyboard I can try to get to the safe mode or not. I tried F8 without any luck.
