please help

system disable 1F701E42FFC4048F due to my niece playing with bios settings now I'm locked out and I'm stuck. I really am desperate and if anyone can help pliz help me

Which Dell computer model do you have and what is the OS installed. If she added a bios password you will need to contact Dell by phone. They will help reset the pw.
