printing and wifi

I have a dell 1749 laptop and a dell v310/510 wifi printer, the problem is I can only print something once, if I try to print something additional it does not print. It's listed as having a document pending and states "printing"  but nothing happens, however when I restart the laptop what ever's in the print que will print. Any idea's?
