problem with Dell inspiron 7559 thouchpad, behaving wired and slow response
Hi,
I got this laptop few months back. I am having a problem with the touchpad. It is not responsive sometime, sometimes there is so much lag between response. Overall it is so irritating while using it. My drivers are up to date. can somebody suggest any solution?

Hi,
Thank you for writing to us!
We would suggest you to re-install the drivers rather than updating it which would be be more effective.Also check if the same happens in BIOS and also " Safe mode"
We would also suggest you to run diagnostics.

Hi, I tried your solution. But there are occassional hiccups area still there. dispite of having 4GB dedicated graphics card it can not even handle simple game graphics.
How can I provide service tag? Where can I send it and How?
