"File Not Found" problem on Dell's Downloads page

My PC is Inspiron 15R Special Edition (a.k.a. 7520) and I wish to download Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit OS.

If you surf to http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/inspiron-15r-se-7520?driverId=KG9P5&osCode=W764&fileId=3151214558&languageCode=en, there are 2 files mentioned on that webpage:

USB3_Intel_W7_X10_A05_Setup-KG9P5_ZPE.exe (11MB)
Chipset_Driver_KG9P5_WN_1.0.7.248_A05.EXE (17MB)

The file version is 1.0.7.248, A05 and was released on February 25, 2013. Today is March 4, 2013.

It is bizarre that the error message "File Not Found" pops up after you click on either of the 2 files to download.

Moreover I find it sloppy on Dell's part that checksum is only provided for USB3_Intel_W7_X10_A05_Setup-KG9P5_ZPE.exe and not for Chipset_Driver_KG9P5_WN_1.0.7.248_A05.EXE

Could a Dell representative upon seeing this post of mine highlight to the relevant department(s) about the above mistakes and correct them?

Hi innogen,

I tried and was able to download the file. I recommend you to click ‘Download File’ from the below link and save the file on the desktop. Then click on the saved file and run as administrator.

USB 3.0: http://dell.to/ZsMAdM

Above given link is for USB 3.0. Please fine the link below for chipset driver.

Chipset: http://dell.to/Yefr3p

Chipset_Driver_KG9P5_WN_1.0.7.248_A05.EXE (17MB) is an update package for Microsoft Windows.  I will not recommend you to download this file, but the first one for USB 3.0. To install the chipset driver, click the link given above.

Note: Please install the Chipset driver and then install driver for USB 3.0. Restart the system after each installation.

Revert for further queries.

Thanks and Regards,
