"No Battery is Detetced "
HI , My laptop is dell inspiron 15z ( 5523 ).I suddenly getting error that " No battery is detected ". So i tried to replace with new dell battery but still it's same problem.I have seen so many suggestion , but nothing is work.And if possible then can you tell me , what are the reasons behind this issue.
1) I have tried to remove residual power,by removing battery and pressing power button for few seconds. but still it showing me the same error.
Can you suggest me some solutions, it would be great help to me.

Thanks for writing to us.
As the issue is still same post replacing the battery with a new one. The only other part we can suspect is the motherboard connector.
If the system is under warranty, Please click my DELL-username and write me a private
conversation with the service tag and your contact details(Name, Phone#, Address and Email). If
there is no warranty, then you could contact our team to get a quote for a paid service call -
