radeon 8850m fail

Hi! I have a problem with the graphic card in my Dell 3537. The vga (radeon 8850m) tried to refresh the new crimson driver, but I stopped it by 2% (because my internet is REALY slow (70kb/s)). Since the system freezes, when I try to install any vga driver. ANY driver, also official dell driver or official windows driver (left click in device manager am graphic card) or the new crimson driver or older ati driver. I tried BIOS reset and new windows install - did not help. The problem on the old win10 and on the new win10 exactly samething. I need a tiny help :)
