reinstalling WinXP on Latitude E6400

Howdy, folks:

I am re-installing Windows XP on an E6400 (about 14 months old). This is a totally fresh install, not a recovery. I have XP running OK now, but ran into a couple of issues:

1) The Dell drivers support page for this laptop for XP indicated two different Intel chipset drivers. How can I tell which one is the right one to install? Or, do I skip this entirely?

2) Under Device Manager, there are two unknown devices listed under other Devices -- Broadcom USH and SM Bus Controller. What are the appropriate drivers for these devices?
