There's 1 horizontal white line across the screen. Don't know hardware problem or software somehow i did a print screen for this, that's fine no unwanted line across. still confused. Is there anyway can i fix this? please help. TY
I would suggest you connect an external monitor and check if the line still appears on the external monitor as well.
