No sound for audio and videos
> Plug in headphones to see if audio is getting to the headphone jack.
> Use Windows System Restore. (Type system restore into the Start>search box.) Select a restore point dated earlier than when the issue began.
> Download and install a fresh copy of the audio driver from your support page.
