Dell cannot provide you with key removal instructions, but replacement instructions are listed as item #5 in the Keyboard FAQ. You may also want to look at the user-suggested site at the bottom of the FAQ for further ideas.
Just pull from the bottom of the key and do not be scared. Clean the long metal bar and anything else that is dirty, then when putting it back together, make sure you have the metal bar attached and then press firmly onthe space bar till you hear it snap back down.
Bob, what does it mean that Dell "cannot provide you with removal instructions" but you're linking to replacement instructions...? The link you provided is out of date. I have a 4 *day* old (well, it was delivered four days ago) Dell Latitude E6520 and the space bar is squeaky. It wasn't happening out of the box, as I recall, but looking for a solution, can you find an updated link to the replacement instructions and where to order the appropriate part?
I don't think BobT is still around in these forums. Linked below is the service manual for the E6520.
I am unsure if a squeaky keyboard is a warranty item or not, but it certainly wouldn't hurt to call them and ask.
A quick search showed you are not the only one who who a noisy space bar on this computer. Read the link below. It appears some people have figured out how to resolve it - pictures included for ease of use...

Hope this helps.
EDIT: By the way, Dell does not provide instructions for individual KEY removal. He had linked instructions for removal of the whole keyboard.
