studio 1745 letter key stuck second time

I have a Studio 1745 and the key between H and K is stuck..  This is the second time to happen - last week it was another letter key I believe that time it was the letter " I"..  This computer is very new and I am really unhappy with this.  It seems I have read several entries on the keys sticking.  It seems Dell would take care of this since it is obviously a design flaw.  I would like it if any one can help me with this problem -  THANKYOU verlon 54
