Thank you for posting on the Forum.
Check if the Touchpad Drivers are installed by looking at Device Manager, if the Dell Touchpad driver is there you should see:
If the driver is not there, you will need to reinstall it. Drivers can be found by looking up your system in the Drivers and Downloads part of the Support page.
