touchpad bug due to interferences (Erratic jumping). (Edited: it's not a charger but a laptop issue)

Hi Dell,

I just discover today that my touchpad always went wrong because my laptop charger was faulty.  The jumping issue is solve as soon  as I unplugged the charger. I tought first it was a power strip issue (because it was not grounded anymore), [edit: and then a default charger]. But no.

The touchpad never worked properly since I bought the laptop. The bug came the first day, disappear few days and since it is more or less violent.

I spent years trying to uninstall and reinstall/update drivers, as Dell recommended, and wasting a huge amount of time for nothing. Since many people have that issue, I wonder why dell did not even told us about their badly design charger touchpad that doesn't work when there s interference (other touchpad works without any problem under the same condition...)

I'm frustrated since dell did not tell me about this basic problem druring the warranty (I'd send back the laptop).

What can you do about that dell?

EDIT: I just updated my post, the problem doesn't come from the charger, but simply a badly designed laptop/touchpad.

I can't get the direct page to the charger, you have to put Inspiron 3521 into the search box. The charger is for both Inspiron 3521 and Inspiron 3520. The price is for $24.99.

I'm sorry it took a long time for you to find out it's a faulty charger however, you can purchase one from the link below.
