You'd have to go back to the C-series for Type 1 and D-series for type 2 as standard equipment.

Some of the E-series had optional Type 2 PCMCIA sockets, but most weren't ordered with PCMCIA by that point in time.

If you're asking about new systems, just about nothing has PCMCIA these days.  Even ExpressCard (the successor to PCMCIA) is fading.

Unless the system had the option at manufacture time, you can't add one -- a PCMCIA slot requires a PCMICA controller chip that current notebooks do not have.

Rather than build a new system around obsolete technology, it would be better to replace whatever PCMCIA device you have with a newer one that uses USB (or Express Card, but the external Express Card is going the way of PCMCIA now --- i.e., into history).
