upgrading mSATA3 SSD drive on Dell Inspiron 15R SE

I have a new 15R SE with 32GB in an mSATA3 slot.

I'd like to change it for a higher capacity SDD drive (256 GB Plextor M5M) but read in another post that I'll only get 3 GB/s speed instead of the standard (SATA3) 6 GB/s transfer speed.

Is  that true?  If so, how do I get the correct speed?  I ordered a Dell with mSATA3 .  That's also listed on the invoice.  So I'd like mSATA3 speed.

Hi Thor

Inspiron 15R Special Edition (7520) systems are offered with SATA 2 Hard Disk Drives and SATA 2 and 3 mSATA Solid State Drives. You can use the 256 GB Plextor M5M that supports 6.0Gb/s.
