usb recovery
new inspiron 15 with windows 10, can not make a usb recovery drive ,after 50mins. of download i get can not create usb recovery drive ,useing program that was on dell startup,have used 16-usb drive then a 32gb-useing new 3.0 drives

It is a known problem with Windows 10 and Dell says Microsoft is working on a solution. I have a 15 5555 laptop doing the same thing.
