when I remove the old nvidia driver my laptop reinstalls it at the startup (Inspiron 7559)
I've tried to remove all the bloatware but at the startup it does the same again.

fixed installing the new driver on geforce experience.

you shouldn't have to uninstall the Nvidia driver first to install the new one, just install the new one and it 'updates' the driver package on your computer.
