wifi connection problems with Dell Latitude E6520 laptop

I've recently got Dell Latitude E6520 laptop and everything (including wifi) was working fine till today. Today first I was able to see wifi networks (and my wifi in particular), but when I tried to connect to any of them I got message "it wasn't possible to connect to wifi network". I tried multiple times. Restarted connection and restarted computer, but it didn't help. I've managed to connect using my older laptop with no problems at all (to the same wifi).   I've also tried different wifi networks (but same results)  I've also checked my BIOS settings to be correct on Wifi. I've also downloaded drivers (DELL,CRD,WRLES,HMCRD,DW1530,HF,A02,A02) from the website http://ftp.dell.com/Pages/Drivers/latitude-e6520.html#Network. I tried to disable and enable the devices from the Device Manager. I also tried to update the drivers as well. Please let me know what to do (note that I can't connect to wifi at the moment with my laptop and need to use a wired connection to get on the Internet).   Attached are the photos. If any more info is required please let me know.

Additional information: Wireless troubleshooter displays information: "an administrator profile failed to obtain an IP address from the DHCP server".  Sometimes there is info that wifi profile got deleted by the administrator policy.

Additional information.  I've tried to disable my firewall and uninstall/disable my anitviral software.  But no results.

Thank you

RE: wifi connection problems with Dell Latitude E6520 laptop

aretai,

I could not see any of the images, poor quality from website.

What virus program and firewall are you using?

Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER and post the information back here.

Can you also run Network Interface on another system that connects to your network and post that back here. Trying to see if there is something to tweak in your wireless router.

What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?

RE: wifi connection problems with Dell Latitude E6520 laptop

Hi Rick,

Thank you for your reply.  I tried to fix the links and managed it for last two.  First two links you need to copy and paste into a browser.

The images were actually the systinfo (Finding System Information).  Regarding network interface.  I tried to use various wireless networks.  As I said I had no problems with connecting using my old laptop, but with the new one I can't.  I doubt it would be the wireless router in each case.  Here is my recent one info:

"The following helper DLL cannot be loaded: WSHELPER.DLL.
The following helper DLL cannot be loaded: IFMON.DLL.

There is 1 interface on the system:

    Name                 : Wireless Network Connection
Description          : Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter
    GUID                 : 38f5d5ac-ade3-41b6-b6bc-626a63a9bb93
    Physical Address     : e8:39:df:96:c4:2f
    State                : connected
    SSID                 : Situla
    BSSID                : 00:0e:8f:c6:e5:69
    Network Type         : Infrastructure
    Radio Type           : 802.11n
    Authentication       : Open
    Cipher               : None
    Connection Mode      : Auto Connect
    Channel              : 6
    Receive Rate (Mbps)  : 54
    Transmit Rate (Mbps) : 54
    Signal               : 84%
    Profile              : Situla
