xps 13 and tb15

I have been on the phone for a total of 5 hours over two sessions and downloaded all the drivers and stuff with support. it still does work and i cant get anyone to get to somewhere that i could at least send it back..this is absolutely the worst support experience i have ever encountered..

does anyone know any tricks to getting to someone that could help !!!

Hi Ravi

I'm pretty sure everyone agrees that the issue resolution link does not help and that the drivers AND/OR hardware are the problem.

I would like to see Dell take ownership of this from a Product Management side and start communicating with customers about what the true issue and resolution is. It does not seem to be driver order. These devices really should be withdrawn from sale.

What is our next point of escalation? Who is the Product Manager of these docks?
