xps 15 256 gb ssd

I'm a hs student and i'm think of getting the xps 15 w only 256 gb ssd. I want to use the laptop mainly for school/college (later) and for moderate gaming (overwatch, csgo). Will 256 be enough?

This is not a good choice for "moderate" gaming -- look at an Alienware 15.

Hi michaelbooble,

256GB isn't that big by today's standards but is fine for day to day usage depending on how many games you're going to have installed. (The two games you mention will take up over 45GB themselves)You also want to avoid running the drive at, or near to, full capacity as the performance will suffer.

For school/college work I would recommend getting an external HDD (or cloud storage) to back up all your data on. The last thing you want happening is for your system or SSD to fail and all your work to be lost.
