Hi kavindagehan,
I am sorry for the inconvinience. You can go to the setup screen by tapping the F12 key multiple times instead of F2. Once on the BIOS screen, load/reset the defaults. Restart the system and check if you can access the BIOS screen using the F2 key.

and i installed win 7 with win 8 as dual boot
