Dell E5620 Issues

I have been having weekly issues with the laptop locking up, having to hard reboot several times a week.  It happened again this morning, was only running email and and it stopped responding.

We have updated the Bios last week in hopes it would solve the issue.

We have been thinking it could be an over heat issue.
