Dell Inspiron 13-7352 makes glitch error problem work
Hi.
When start up the laptop and works for 10 minutes, some sound is listening like "glitch", in this moment the laptop is freeze and when come back to normally some time the information is not writing in the hard drive :(, i record a video:
No error messages, only freeze and glitch sound !
When I buying the laptop I change the OS Win8 to Ubuntu Linux, because I'm software developer and I working with Ubuntu Linux.

hi,
I will suggest you to run epsa (h/w diagnostics first ) as the it is making noise before freezing up,which may be an issue with the hard disc . Follow the instructions on this link
