Dell Inspiron 6400

My car was burglered two days ago in London. My laptop was stolen together with a bag. Unfortunately it also contained a three back-up HDs and several memory sticks, as I was working just then on integration of my backup data. I have lost all my records of literary work and photographic records of artworks going back twenty years. I have nothing, zero, black hole.

I need to inform Dell to put it on a stolen list.

Does anyone know who in Dell deals with it.

What is needed in this case. I have some documentation from the time of purchase.
