Dell Stage

I can't add my muic to the music window in Dell Stage. It used to do it automatically. The album art is still on a slide show if I hover the pointer over it, but when I click onto it there's just blank grey squares where the albums should be. Any ideas of what to do? Incidently when uploading photos, they continue to automatically go to the photo option in Dell Stage. I'm baffled.
