Dell XPS 11 2-in-1 Ultrabook PXE Boot?

Does this new model offer PXE Booting through USB Dongle? I have the HIRO USB to Ethernet with ASIX AX88772 Ethernet IC and a regular Dell USB to Ethernet, and none of them come up as a Legacy Drive when I go into the Boot Options.

Any ideas? What am I doing wrong?
