Hi,

The error code refers to memory failure. I would suggest you to reseat the memory cards on the system.

Ensure that you shut down the system and remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter before removing the memory cards. Refer to the picture below for reseating the memory modules:

You can also refer to the link on Dell's support site: http://dell.to/ZI5CO8

Please reply for further assistance.

Thanks and Regards

I reseat the 2 memory cards exchanging them.

When I run the Dell Diagnostic I get the following error:

Error code 0123

Msg Error Code 2000-0123

Address= 0_52288F18h Actual = 011000004 Expected 001000004 Location = DIMM_A

The error is always in DIMM_A

Swap the two modules.  Then re-test.  If the error follows the module, it's the module that's bad - replace it.  If it sticks to the same socket with the other module, it's the socket that's bad - replace the mainboard.

Excuse me. My post is wrong. The new msg error is:

Address= 0_52288F58h  Actual = 90808080h Expected 808080h Location = DIMM_A

The error is always on socket A.

Now I have 2 modules x 1 MB = 2 MB.

Can I replace the 2 modules with only one module x 2 MB in the socket B?

It may or may not work - the system isn't specified to run with 2G modules.
