Dell latitude d630 laptop is not on but cap lock, num lock and the scroll lock is on
what to do when a dell latitude d630 laptop is not on but cap lock, num lock and scroll lock is on and i'e tried to check the VGA and the processor

Unplug the system, remove the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall the memory modules.
Try powering up on AC only - if it will but won't with the battery installed, replace the battery.
If it still won't power up, replace the mainboard.
