Please list your Dell model number and version of windows; Ex; Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10

What kind of problems you're encountering with the system? You're able to power on the system? If yes, then I suggest you run diagnostic tool to check for hardware on the system. Please follow steps below:

1. Power off system. Please disconnect all peripherals, except the AC adapter.

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping the F12 key continuously. Please stroll down to diagnostic and click it.  Please report back any error code.
