How can I Download Video Driver for Windows 8.1 32-bit for Dell Inspiron 15 3521
While installing some of the drivers it is showing that minimum system requirements is required.
Please................! help me to get out of this problem.

First....your OS is 64 bit. Second....minimum system requirements are always required. Are you sure you are downloading the right drivers? You can't upgrade video with drivers....just hardware.
