I need to replace my inspiron 1300 15.4 incy wxga screen. I have an old latitude screen. Are they interchangable?

Not likely. Notebook screens are not universally interchangeable, and older Latitudes used normal-aspect screens, not widescreens, so the panel likely will not fit.
