Inspiron 14z how to enable turbo boost
Anybody know how to enable the turbo boost for inspiron 14z 5423 ultrabook? I have a i5-3317U CPU; but I can't install the Intel Turbo Boost Technology Monitor Software Application; it just said the computer does not have a processor with turbo boost tech; but i5-3317U should support Turbo boost. Also I can't find items in the BIOS called the Intel Turbo Mode Tech or the Intel C-State Tech as other BIOS do which supports turbo boost. Any ideas?

Is the OS as installed by Dell, or did you manually install WIndows?

Both system doesn't work; I can't install the software on both the OS installed by Dell, a Win7 64 Home Premium, and the OS installed by myself, a Win 8 CP 8400.
