Inspiron 1525 memory stick

Right now I have 2gigs of memory and figure their is two slots both filled with 1 gig sticks in them.  I don't know where to look to verify that information but that's what I figure.  Is anyone familiar enough with the 1525 to know if I will need to buy two 2gig sticks to max out my system with 4 gigs or if their is a 2 gig stick with one slot and the other is avaiable right now?

Inspiron 1525
Maximum amount of memory:  4GB
Number of slots available: 2

Each memory slot can hold DDR2 PC2-6400,DDR2 PC2-5300 with a maximum of 2GB per slot.

To verify what you have, take a look at the actual modules that you have.
Here is the service manual page that instructs you on how to look.

If there is only one module, then it is a 2GB one (assuming that you have 2GB total).
If there are two moduals, then you have two 1GB modules.
