Inspiron 17 R

Shipping my Dell Inspiron 17R  purchased in May 2013 back to Dell. It has already gone to ***. The LCD screen has already gone out. Do NOT purchase a Dell. Their technical support is still in India and it's very difficult to understand or be understood. With a kaput LCD screen in a mere 4 months, it shows Dell has not improved its product which has sucked for years.

The Latitude series has North American-based technical support.  Of course, if you want the cheapest, you get the cheapest.
