Inspiron 1720: Wireless WLAN Card Wireless Network Controller

Hiya guys,

I just purchased an Inspiron 1720 and have had it for just two days. I haven't had the chance to install any software so I'm baffled by the following error message that I started getting today each and every time I boot my computer.

ll Wireless WLAN Card Wireless Network Controller stopped working and was closed. Windows will notify you if a solution is available.

Can someone tell me what may be causing this and how I can solve the problem?

Here are my computer specs:

Nope, no exclamation marks or error messages are present. And, my network connection seems to be working fine. We are running a D-Link G wireless network in our home and my computer is showing an excellent connection (all 5 bars are green).

I just booted my computer 15 mins ago and the 'Wireless WLAN Card Wireless Network Controller' error message didn't appear this time.
