Inspiron laptop and wireless issue

I have an Ispiron laptop and the wireless connection to a BT wireless broadband is a major issue. It will connect intermittently, and then try and connect, drop off, and say it has limited connection. All other devices connect from my work IBM laptop, a Dell desktop and also numerous Iphones, ipods and Ipad.

The wireless works fine, once rebooted the router I do connect but for only a short space of time when the same issues are encountered. Any ideas anyone?
