Internal microphone does not work Latitude E6420
I am not able to conduct a call with Google Voice via the internal microphone. All settings look to be correct.
Is this a known issue and is there an update for the audio drive to fix this problem?

I will be glad to assist you, request you to answer the below questions:
(1) Are you able to hear sound from the computer?
(2) Does the microphone otherwise work?
