Laptop XPS L702X - Qickset64 not working
An icon in the Notification area I found to be Quickset64 but nothing happened when I clicked on it - right or left or even a display.
I went back to the supplied disk with utilities and went about re-installing - however it said I had a later version so I must un-install - OK I would do that and once I had a working version I could update.
After removal I then installed or at least attempted to and it gave up with a does not suport this system.
The previous version was 11 something.
Now I have no Qucickset64 and cannot find a version 11 on the Dell web site at least on a search I cannot find it.
So - do I really need it?
Does anyone know where I might get a version 11?
I tried the software checking system at Dell but it did not come up anywhere.
Thanks in anticipation.

What operating system? If you have windows 7, type Windows Mobility Center in the Start Box to access it. The Dell site has quickset available here but you need to check which is for your system--under Compatibility. http://search.dell.com/results.aspx?s=gen&c=us&l=en&cs=&k=dell+quickset+11&cat=sup&x=9&y=5
