Need to contact Dell re: unreturned RMA'ed failed hard drives

A while back, a customer of my dad asked me to help him with some glitches in his Dell laptop.  He gave me everything he had with it since we weren't sure what I would need.  After the dust settled, I found a box with two previous hard drives that had failed and were replaced under warranty.  The box has a prepaid FedEx label, RMA #, etc. dated 2009.  I'd like to get these back to Dell but I also don't want to be responsible for any problems.  I'm unable to contact Dell support via e-mail or chat without a service tag, so I thought I'd post here to see if I could get an e-mail address for an RMA department contact.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Don't worry about it. If the drives weren't returned by now, it doesn't matter.

That's my guess as well Mary, thanks.  I was hoping for an official word from Dell.

Is no one from Dell monitoring these posts?  Can I not get some kind of information?
