Problems with Bluetooth
Hello,
I have a dell xps 15 9560 and have had it since march. The last 2 months I have not been able to pair any bluetooth devices to computer. They show up in the add bluetooth device menu but when I click connect, it does not connect. I know it isn't my bluetooth headphones (bose QC 35) as I can connect them to other devices and have tried connecting other bluetooth devices to the computer and have had the same results.
What could be going wrong here and how can I fix it?

Do you know which Wi-Fi device that system has?
My headphones show as "Paired" on the Devices - Bluetooth settings page. All I do is turn them on and they tell me what they are connected to. They can connect to two devices at the same time but if you have more you may have to reset them.
