Restore Dell Latitude E6330 to factory defaults
We have a Dell E6330 that is running Windows 7 Professional on it. we need to set this Dell back to factory defualts but
do not see an option to do so. I know that it does have a recovery partition but I do not see a way to access it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi jhy2a2,
If you still have access in your computer please back up all the important data from the computer and try PC restore step which will set the computer to factory settings.
Note: restoring the computer to factory settings will delete all the data from the computer.
