Screen vostro 3560

The build in screen of my vostro 3560, as you can see in the pictures, does not function well, especially gray becomes yellow, and like it is in very low resolution and a bit out of focus. The hardware check from my dell says everything is oke, and i already downloaded the latest video drivers. Everything on a external display looks good.

My laptop is not even a month old, and the screen problem started 2 weeks ago, but disappeared after restarting my laptop. But now it doesn't disappear anymore.

Is this a hardware problem or software, and how can i repair it?
