Software/Driver problem on Dell n5110 laptop

Hi,

I have basically two problem.

1. When I turn on wireless on systemm, my running dialer app of dongle crash down. However, it does not get disconected.

2. My smartphone is coupled with laptop on My WiFi utility. But when I try to share internet connection, it denies saying that there is no working internet connection!!!!

These clashes are restricting me to use my laptop
